Can assembly/
weldingBy processing and welding materials such as iron plates, we first create a three-dimensional structure. Here, for mass-produced products, jigs are used to prevent variations, welding is performed with a robot. Finally, welding is performed while adjusting manually.

Filling
Cure the product and pour heavy concrete inside. At that time, it can be poured efficiently by placing it on a vibrating trolley.

Finish
As a pretreatment, scratches, foreign substances, oils, and fats are removed, the surface is prepared, and painting is completed.

Delivery
We will deliver it to the customer using our trailer.

Melting

Finish
Use a shot blast or grinder to remove burrs, clean the surface, and then clean it with putty. After that, rust preventive coating is applied to complete the process.
