Steel Plate 　 　 The supplied steel plate is checked on the jobsite. 　 　 Bending Trimming Small parts The members are bent by the hydraulic press. The unwanted portions of the press-formed steel plate are cut using a plasma robot. 　 　 　 Assembling 　 Welding The members are assembled using a jig to make a vessel. 　 The assembled vessel is robot-welded, and then manually welded. 　 　 　 　 Finishing 　 Inspection Defects on the surface are repaired and the surface is smoothened. 　 The perpendicularity is checked. 　 　 Pouring Concrete 　 Curing Heavyweight concrete is poured in the vessel until it comes up to the specified weight. 　 The concrete is cured until it has dry surface. 　 　 Welding Cover Plate 　 Cleaning The cover plate is robot-welded, and then manually welded. 　 The outer plate is treated, and the outer surface is cleaned. 　 　 Inspection 　 Painting Urethane foam (sound absorbing and heat insulation material) is attached. 　 The steel plate is prepared by removing all contaminants such as oil, grease and dust, and primarily coated. 　 　 　 　 Shipment
